Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As part of the LCS Sales Organisation, the Agency Team is the link between Google and its top agency and client partners. The agency teams help identify, develop and shape client and agency engagement across a full suite of media, technology and platform products, with the express goal of accelerating client success through product adoption and digital capability development.
The agency teams drive joint business planning and country benchmarking, dealmaking and best practice transfer. We are committed to helping our partners transform their business models using Google's media and technology platforms.

This is a customer-facing position that focuses on driving forward Google’s relationships with key agency partners as well as develop the business within larger agency networks. The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess an analytical mindset and prove exceptional at relationship development.

Responsibilities
  • Define agency strategy and prioritization, identify how to digitalize and transform the business. Leverage other resources like Country Managers, Sales and Product teams to create synergies with agencies
  • Own relationships and associated targets with agencies while maintaining and evolving business dashboards and quarterly account plans across the agency portfolio. Identify priority transformational opportunities, plan in details how to capture them and track performance against targets
  • Lead all agency related incentive programs. Review, provide input and support in the development of most critical pitches (transformational pitches, large display deals). Take active part in priority client pitches and C-level meetings
  • Build and develop solid and trusted C-level relationships with priority contacts. Be responsible in developing network and lobby, be the point of reference for the market
  • Manage teams performance and develop customized development plans and learning paths for every team member. Develop team digital marketing expertise: identify training needs and coordinate with L&D to close the gaps. Mentor the team providing supportive and honest career evaluations and facilitates professional development plans
Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in agency business, advertising sales, account management and/or client services.
Preferred qualifications
  • Substantial experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills and consultative selling.
  • Proven record of strategic development of FTSE 100 client base and ability to persuade and influence at C-level.
  • Established relationships and presence within the media marketplace and creative agencies.
  • Established relationships and presence within the digital and media sector
  • Proven success in managing complex, international projects and business development.
